Whiskey As the Catalyst for the Selling of Chametz

In the latest episode of the podcast/video series, Dr. Joshua Kulp joins the show to discuss whiskey as the catalyst for the selling of chametz in one’s home.

Dr. Kulp, the co-founder and Rosh Yeshiva of the Conservative Yeshiva, is the author of The Schechter Haggadah, as well as the co-author on both volume 1 and volume 2 of Reconstructing the Talmud.

The new episode is available below in both audio form, as well as video form (although, for some reason, the visual for me (your host) did not show up (although I have a hypothesis as to why my visage did not appear in the file*)):

* My speculation as to why the downloaded file from the conversation did not have my face appear was that, even though it was a space I had been in with decent wifi, with more people using wifi in my house than normal (due to various Zoom calls or otherwise) during this Coronatine era, that there was less bandwidth for my computer to connect, thus my face went missing in the file πŸ™ Yet, the important aspect is that at least the audio came through on my side, so that’s ultimately what’s important for the podcast episode πŸ™‚
