As we get ready to celebrate Rosh HaShanah, one can’t help but think of apples and honey. In the newest episode of the podcast and video series, we focus both on honey and, as you may expect, drinking fermented honey – mead. Speaking on bee honey is Rabbanit Amalia Haas, foundress of Bee Awesome, as well as an alumna of Yeshivat Maharat, Oberlin College (BA), and the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education & Administration (MA), and speaking on mead-making is Eli Silins, co-founder/co-owner of Camuna Cellars.
