March and April 2022 Schedule for The Jewish Drinking Show

With Purim and Passover around the corner, it should be no surprise that upcoming episodes of The Jewish Drinking Show feature discussions on these topics. Since the last time I published the upcoming tentative schedule encompassing December-February, I wanted to update you that episode #92 on Modern Israeli Wine History, publishing on this week is the first part in a two-part series, with part two kicking-off March’s episodes. Following that will be episodes on Purim and Passover:

  • March 1 – Episode #93: Modern Israeli Wine History, part 2: More Recent History, featuring Adam Montefiore
  • March 8 – Episode #94: Early Aharonim on Purim-Drinking, featuring Rabbi David Fried
  • March 15 – Episode #95: 14th Century Purim Parodies, featuring Rabbi Adam Rosenthal
  • March 22 – Episode #96: Kosher Vermouth, Kosher-For-Passover Hopped Cider & More, featuring Yoni Schwartz
  • March 29 – Episode #97: Considering Wines for the Seder, featuring Brad Du Plessis
  • April 5 – Episode #98: Medieval Haggadah Art, featuring Prof. Marc Michael Epstein
  • April 12 – Episode #99: Demons and the Four Cups, featuring Prof. Sara Ronis

Following episode #99, the publication of episodes will resume in May, as The Jewish Drinking Show will take a few week hiatus for Passover.
