With the COVID-19 pandemic seemingly lessening, Royal Wine Food Corporation is bringing their Kosher Food & Wine Experience (KFWE)back to an in-person event this year. As opposed to last year’s KFWE being online, it will return to an in-person event.
According to the event’s website, “The Kosher Food & Wine Experience is the premier kosher food and wine show in the world, showcasing hundreds of wines from across the globe and unparalleled menus crafted by the hottest kosher chefs.” Furthermore, according to their website, “KFWE was started in New York 15 years ago and has since grown to be the largest kosher food and wine event in the world. The New York show is the largest of all of our events, featuring hundreds of wines from over 60 wineries, representing nearly every wine-producing region around the world.” The foods will be “curated by award-winning chefs Michael Solomonov and Gabe Garcia, all prepared onsite by renowned caterer, Michael Schick.”
More than just wines will be offered for the event, as the industry and public will be together, KFWE will also have some booze. “We usually showcase our extensive and ever-growing spirits portfolio only at the trade portion,” according to Gabriel Geller, PR Director & Advertising and Manager of Wine Education at Royal Wine Corp. Such spirits include “Vodka, tequila, rum, Scotch, Bourbon, rye, gin, liquors, cordials, brandy, Cognac, arak,” and more.
Unlike pre-pandemic years, however, the event will be taking place in New Jersey (at the Hilton Meadowlands in East Rutherford) and, instead of separate events for industry folks and the general public, there will be one event for everyone, taking place on March 1, 2022 from 3pm-9pm. Tickets, which are available for sale online, are $250 (pre-tax) for individuals, with various group rates available, as well.
